2. Ticket Reservation

• Ticket reservations are made exclusively through online payment on our website.
• To make a reservation, you must select the period, choose the desired seat, and complete the necessary details in the checkout section.
• The only accepted payment method is by card.

3. Refund Policy

• If a passenger cancels their trip at least 48 hours before departure, they will receive a 50% refund of the paid amount.
• For cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, no refunds will be provided.
• To request a refund, an application must be sent to the email address: office@elantrans.ro.

4. Tickets

• The ticket will be displayed both in the client’s account and sent to the email address provided during the reservation process.

5. Communication
