To book a ticket on elantrans.ro, follow these steps:
1. Go to the booking page.
2. Select the desired period and route.
3. Choose your preferred seat.
4. Fill in the necessary personal information in the checkout section.
5. Make the online payment using a card.
The only accepted payment method on elantrans.ro is by card.
The ticket will be displayed both in your client account on elantrans.ro and sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
Yes, you can cancel a reservation, but the refund policy applies as follows:
– If you cancel at least 48 hours before departure, you will receive 50% of the paid amount back.
– If you cancel less than 24 hours before departure, you will not receive any refund.
To request a refund for a ticket, you need to send a request to the email address: office@elantrans.ro. We will process your request within 30 days.
If you want to request the deletion of your personal data from our database, send an email to: office@elantrans.ro. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
